Visiting Huntsville but want to eat like a local? You’re in luck.
A reawakening is budding in the West Huntsville community, and Amie Vaughn White is the daring developer at the revolutionary front. Using her passion for southern craft culture, Amie has created a unique experience that thrives on community involvement to fully cultivate the scene. Starting with the development of Pinhook Provisions, Huntsville’s first food truck park, passionate foodies have the chance to partake in some of the city’s tastiest fares. Visitors can enjoy eating outside on picnic tables or indoors in the Pinhook Provisions Canteen, with air conditioning, clean restrooms and free Wi-Fi to accompany the trendy meal experience.
HotBox HSV, Café on Wheels Neon Lilly, Pig Time BBQ, Southerland Sno Depot, Honeypie Bakery, and Piled High Grill are some of the current regulars that can be found creating culinary delights at the park, but they do like to mix it up a bit to give visitors a chance to taste-test a variety of Huntsville’s authentic street food fare each time they visit.
For visitors and travelers to Huntsville, eating at the park is the ideal lunch or dinner stop to implement into your vacation, weekend trip, or outing! Weekly events allow travelers to hop in and live like a local. The events are unique enough to feel like you’re experiencing something new, yet familiar enough to feel like you never left home.
The park is open: Tuesday – Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Friday – Saturday 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Seasonal snow cones are served Tuesday – Saturday starting at 2:00 p.m.
Address: 2315 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805. Groups are always welcome!
